We think of ourselves as your technical co-founder. Our technical team captains, project managers, and software executives have decades of experience in software development and bring that experience to the table for you. We see ourselves not only as coders but as partners to help guide you through this process and make the best decisions possible.

Merriam-Webster defines grassroots as "the very foundation or source." Grassroots activities typically take a no-nonsense approach to getting the job done efficiently and effectively without much pomp and circumstance.

Series Code is with you before your Series A or Series Seed financing rounds. We're with you at the very beginning of your venture to help build the foundation of your new organization. We take a pragmatic approach to maximize your startup dollars. Our goal is to keep our costs low so that we can pass those savings on to you. We're with you from the grassroots.

The size of the equity stake depends on your specific situation. The Launch program is typically 5% restricted stock that vests over a 9-month engagement. We have other packages for 1% and 2%.

Our services are provided on a reserved hours subscription basis. An agreed number of monthly development hours are set aside and assigned to your project. Those hours are billed at the beginning of each month. We accept credit card and direct ACH payment.

Send us an email at the address listed below. We'll schedule a call to discuss your venture and determine if we are a good fit. When we start, you'll be assigned a project manager and technical team captain. The project manager will work with you to manage scope and time lines. The team captain will review your requirements to decide on a technology stack (programming languages, cloud infrastructure, end-user devices), define a technology architecture, and begin assembling a team. Team members typically include UI/UX designers, front-end developers, back-end developers, mobile developers, project managers, and quality assurance engineers depending on the needs of your project.
